CrossFit Kids THIS EASTER

Tuesday 15th AND 22nd April 10.45am – 11.30am
Wednesday 16th AND 23rd April 10.45am – 11.30am
Thursday 17th AND 23rd April 10.45am – 11.30am
ages 6-13
The class will be run by a qualified CrossFit Kids Coach and will be 45 minutes. Parents are welcome to stay and watch if they would like. CrossFit Kids is a fun, functional fitness programme that will introduce the basic moves of CrossFit to your child in a safe and enjoyable environment. For children of members of CrossFit Coleraine the cost will be £3 per class. For children of non-members the cost will be £5 per class.
